Production of Water Electrostatic precipitator

In December 2020, Himtech started exporting the manufactured parts for a new water electrostatic precipitator for fine dust particles. The installation is made entirely of stainless steel and has a total mass of over 75 tons.
The project serves the needs of a Russian client and is suitable for work in the woodworking industry.

Production of pressure chamber for decompression

Based on its many years of experience in the production and installation of pressure vessels, in October Himtech completed the construction of a diving pressure chamber for decompression.
The pressure chamber is individually designed according to the customer’s order and after successfully passed hydraulic tests and radiographic control of the welding joints, the equipment is ready for operation.

Production and installation of pressure vessels for high-temperature oil

In addition to an existing wood pressing plant, Himtech manufactures two high-pressure intermediate vessels (8 bar) for high-temperature oil.  
After successful radiographic inspection of the welding joints and hydraulic testing, both vessels were successfully installed to the customer’s installation and put into operation.

In addition to an already installed water electrostatic precipitator, Himtech manufactures and installs a pipeline connecting the above-mentioned equipment and a recycling installation for wood waste.

Installation of water electrostatic precipitator

At the end of 2019 and the beginning of 2020, Himtech successfully completed the installation of the first water electrostatic precipitator for fine dust particles in Ukraine, Novovolynsk. The large-scale project includes installation of over 100 tons metal construction and 75 tons technological equipment. All vessels, panels and piping are made of stainless steel and assembled on site.

In October 2019, Himtech completed production and installed a second biomass combustion plant as part of an overall energy efficiency plan. The customer uses the burned wood waste to generate heat, which is then used to assist major production units.

Installation of a recycling plant

Himtech installs pipes, fans and fittings to start a recycling plant for wood waste. The site is part of the construction of a plant for the production of boards and laminate in Croatia.

Himtech specializes in the production of steel pipes with non-standard sizes of sheet material. In November the company produces connecting pipes and flanges for the needs of emergency repairs on the water supply network.
